Patrick Agha Mba Advocates Public-Private Collaboration at Innoson Kiara Academy's 2022/2023 Graduation Ceremony
Anambra State Commissioner for Youth Development, Mr. Patrick Agha Mba, emphasized the significance of the Public Private Community Partnership (PPCP) in advancing infrastructure and human capital development in the region. His remarks came during the recent graduation and certification ceremony of the 2022/2023 class at the Innoson Kiara Academy, held at the manufacturing hub in Nnewi.
Hon. Agha Mba lauded the Anambra State government's commitment to human capital development under the leadership of the Youth Friendly Governor Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR. He highlighted the government's initiatives, including the '1 Youth 2 Skills Solution,' which trained over 5000 youths in diverse skills and provided N2 Billion for startups, citing it as evidence of the administration's dedication to empowering the youth. He stressed the necessity for collaborative efforts between the government, individuals, and corporations, stating that sustainable development requires a collective approach.
The Commissioner emphasized the pivotal role of human capital development in societal progress, praising Innoson Kiara Academy for fostering talent and nurturing the potential of young people across the nation.
Furthermore, Commissioner Agha Mba reiterated the Anambra State government's unwavering support for the Innoson brand, highlighting the state Governor's endorsement and utilization of Innoson Vehicles as the official state car.
He also took the opportunity to discuss the state government's '1 Youth 2 Skills Initiative' with Chief Innocent Chukwuma, Chairman of Innoson Group, showcasing it as a pivotal program aimed at wealth creation and combating youth unemployment.
Earlier in the ceremony, Mr. Endi Ezeagwa, Director of Innoson Kiara Academy, praised the State Ministry of Youth Development for its strides in practical youth empowerment. He emphasized the academy's commitment to nurturing young talent in automobile manufacturing, maintenance, and development, citing numerous successful graduates.
