Skills training with master trainers
Four to six months of hands-on training in the skills each young person chooses, with master trainers, across more than 60 skill areas.

Each beneficiary trains for four to six months in skills of their choice, under master trainers in workshops and training centres across the State. The programme now covers more than 60 skill areas.
Beneficiaries have trained in information and communication technology, artificial intelligence and digital skills, fashion design, solar installation, agriculture, cinematography, furniture making, cosmetology and automobile repairs, among other trades tailored to the modern economy.
Attendance is taken seriously: trainees who misuse their place or miss classes are disqualified.
