Graduates are mentored for a year as they set up and grow their businesses.
The programme runs on a pay-it-forward model: of the more than 13,000 youths trained, empowered and mentored in the first two batches, over 5,000 have become confirmed millionaires and are now training and empowering other youths as part of the programme.
